Lifting at the cuticle. A crack across the middle. One nail snapped two days after a fresh set.
Nails done at other salons get fixed here all the time. You'll get a straight answer on whether a repair will hold or a redo makes more sense.
Yes, bring in a set from any salon and every nail gets checked. If a few are lifting, cracked or broken, those get repaired. If the whole set is lifting or too thick, you'll hear about a fresh start, and you decide either way, no lecture.
Lifting usually starts when the nail wasn't prepped well, product touched the cuticle or skin, or the set went too long without a fill. Water, hand lotion and using nails as tools make it worse. Once lifting starts, water gets trapped underneath, so get it fixed instead of gluing it down yourself.
Lifting doesn't fix itself. The longer it sits, the more the nail underneath takes a beating. That's how a simple repair turns into a full removal and a brand-new set.
You'll find nail repair at our Simpson Road salon, 1429 Simpson Road, Kissimmee, FL 34744. Walk in Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm, or call or text (407) 993-2089 to hold your spot. Coming from Lake Nona or Eagle Creek, you can book our Waterbridge studio, appointment only from November 1, 2026.

Repair if the problem's one or two nails and the rest of the set is solid. Redo if several nails are lifting, the set feels heavy or bulky, or there's a lot of growth at the cuticle. A redo removes everything properly and gives you a fresh, even set that lasts.
Thinking about switching products while you're at it? Our acrylic nails page and Gel-X page break down the options.
Nail repair prices at our Kissimmee salons depend on how many nails need work. Fixing one or two nails costs much less than removing and redoing a whole set from another salon. Text a photo to (407) 993-2089 and we'll tell you which one you need and what it'll cost.

Please don't. Glue traps water under the lift and makes the real fix harder. Text us a photo and come in.
Yes. Synthetic nail removal is on the menu at both salons. We soak the product off instead of prying it, so your natural nails don't take the hit.
Usually, yes. Gel polish lasts longer and holds up better than regular polish, which can chip within days. It's a small upgrade that saves you a return trip.

“Nina was very thorough, sweet, and accommodating. Despite a very difficult nail repair, she did a great job. I'm very pleased with my nails and will definitely be going back to Nina for my nails.”
“Nina’s nails saved me!!!! I was headed to Miami the next day and I had a major lash problem and still needed a mani pedicure. This company’s expertise and compassion fixed me up and even stayed open longer for me. I was cruise ready and owe it to Nina!!!”
“Nina is great! Definitely make an appointment bc it's just her and her daughter. Comfortable and clean little studio. She's priced great, too, especially for what I ask! I'll let the photos speak for themselves. She does great work.”
