Do You Take Walk-Ins?
Yes, at Simpson Road, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Call or text (407) 993-2089 before you come and we'll hold a spot, so you're not sitting around waiting for a chair. Our Waterbridge studio near Lake Nona is appointment only.
What Are Your Hours?
Simpson Road, at 1429 Simpson Road, is open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. The Waterbridge studio, at 3193 Waterbridge Lane, is open Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, by appointment, starting November 1, 2026. Both locations are closed on Sundays, so plan your visit for the six days we're open.
How Do I Book an Appointment?
Call or text (407) 993-2089 for Simpson Road, and texting's the easy way. Send the service you want and a day, and you'll get a reply with a time. For the Waterbridge studio, call or text (321) 333-4407. Online booking isn't set up yet.
What Happens If I'm Late?
If you're 30 minutes or more late, we may need to reschedule you so the next client isn't kept waiting. A quick text the moment you know you're running behind helps a lot. Sometimes you can still be fit in the same day, and sometimes a new time is the better move.
Which Location Should I Go To?
Pick Simpson Road if you want to walk in, need hair washing or paraffin, or live near Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Poinciana, Clermont or Orlando. Pick Waterbridge for a set appointment, hours until 8pm, or a drive from Lake Nona, Eagle Creek or Narcoossee. Both have nearly the same menu.
How Long Have You Been Doing Nails and Lashes?
You're getting acrylic work that goes back more than 25 years and lash work that goes back more than 15. The salon opened on Simpson Road in Kissimmee on August 1, 2019, run by a mother-daughter team. Today it holds 4.9 stars from more than 160 Google reviews.
Can You Fix Nails Done at Another Salon?
Yes, lifting, cracked or broken nails from another salon get fixed here all the time. We check the whole set first and repair the few nails that need it. If the set is lifting everywhere, we'll suggest a removal and a fresh set, and you decide.
Do You Do Kids' and Men's Manicures?
Yes, kids' and men's manicures are on the menu at both locations, and men's waxing covers the back, chest and stomach. Call or text (407) 993-2089 so you get enough time set aside. Or just walk in at the Simpson Road salon.
Do You Offer Hair Washing?
Only at Simpson Road. Our salon at 1429 Simpson Road in Kissimmee offers shampoo and conditioning during normal hours, Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. The Waterbridge studio near Lake Nona doesn't offer hair washing, so book it at Simpson Road.
Do You Do Bridal Parties?
Yes, brides get bridal makeup, nails and lashes, and bridesmaids and family can book the same. Send your date, headcount and what each person wants, and you'll get a timeline that has everyone finished before photos. Saturdays go first, so reach out early.
How Much Do Your Services Cost?
It depends on the service, the length and the design, so call or text (407) 993-2089 for an exact number. Posted prices: pedicures $30 to $60, lash sets $55 or $85, and waxing from $8. For nails, send a photo of the look you want and you'll get the price before you book.
